Cavyt Dent asks only for information needed to review orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support.
The checkout uses the name, practice, contact details, delivery address and order notes supplied by the customer to review the request, confirm delivery and contact the customer about payment. The customer chooses whether to send the prepared request through their email app or WhatsApp.
The basket and most recently prepared order are stored on the customer's device to support the handoff to email or WhatsApp. Product notification, newsletter and trade forms store the submitted contact details and consent record securely for Cavyt Dent to respond. Newsletter registration is separate from a stock notification. Contact support to withdraw consent or request deletion.
